Returns and Exchange
All products purchased through Sister Louisa are backed by our 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days after the shipment date if you are dissatisfied for any reason. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and must be received at Sister Louisa within 30 days after the shipment date. All products must be undamaged to be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping charges that you incurred will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Promotions
Certain promotions may only apply to first time customers or be limited time offers. These offers exclude all taxes and shipping fees. Only one discount per household may be allowed. These offers may not be valid with any other coupons or discounts and cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Coupons or gift certificates have no cash value.
